Our polyethylene tarpaulins are produced from high-quality polyethylene (PE) raw materials. The base fabric is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven material, which is then coated on both sides with low-density polyethylene (LDPE). This structure provides strong tensile performance and reliable waterproof protection.
The tarpaulins are lightweight but strong and durable, with good tear resistance and stable performance in outdoor conditions. They are UV-treated and can typically be used for 3–5 years under normal outdoor exposure. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including agricultural covering, construction site protection, cargo transportation, warehouse storage, and general outdoor covering needs.
We provide flexible customization services. The fabric weight can be produced from 40 g/m² to 400 g/m². Specifications such as size, color, thickness, and roll width can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Optional treatments are also available, including UV protection for extended service life, flame retardant, custom logo printing, reinforced edges, rope hemming, and customized eyelet spacing.
