Hollow-board boxes are a new type of packaging material made primarily from polypropylene (PP). They are non-toxic, odorless, moisture-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant, with a service life exceeding three years. Known variously as grid board, fluted board, or corrugated plastic board due to their structural characteristics, they feature a hollow honeycomb design that offers a compressive strength of 1,500 kg/m². They remain leak-proof after 48 hours of water immersion and hold IP67 waterproof certification. The boards range from 2–6 mm in thickness and 300–2,000 g/m² in density; customization options include colors (gray, black, blue, red, etc.) and special properties such as anti-static, conductive, and flame-retardant capabilities.

Manufactured via an integrated extrusion process that eliminates the need for injection molds, these boxes feature a collapsible design that reduces their volume to one-sixth of the original size. They are widely used in automotive parts transport, cold-chain logistics, and anti-static packaging for electronic components. Capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -40°C and humidity levels up to 95%, they help reduce damage rates to as low as 0.05%. Compared to traditional cardboard boxes, they offer a lifespan of 200 usage cycles. The products comply with EU RoHS, EPAL, and GMP standards and support RFID chip integration for tracking temperature and humidity data.
